How To Build An Ideal Body With Full-Body Workout?

Lying on your back, bend your knees and raise your hips so that they become perpendicular to the floor, hands should be stretched along the trunk.

Hold at the bottom for a couple of seconds and with an exhalation start to climb up. Without straightening your knees, repeat the exercise 10 times to get the desired results.
